In Japanese language, all you need to do is scroll to the middle and you will find a box, enter your email and confirm the confirmation email and moments later you will gt key.
I suggest to have emails just for these kind of stuff.

Just a head ups, you will receive a verification email in Japanese and the serial key is sent in a separate email after you click on the link which goes like https://www.famitsu.com/user/cvp/getpass.php?mail=youremail.

how do you download it off steam?
Use the Activate a product in the menu.
In the steam window, click on Games, Activate product…
Input the serial key and you're good to go. You will be prompted to install immediately after activating or you can choose to do so at a later time by double-clicking on the title in the game list under Library.
