    Metcon are good. Avoid runners with a very spongy sole, lots use them but stability wise for leg exercises (especially) they're not good.

  Damn, what's the sizing I need if I can squeeze into euro44 loafers but usually wear just over 44? The apparent sizing goes from 44 to the next one up, 45 + 1/3.. 😪

    I just tried on my unworn NMD R1 V2's in 44 + 2/3 sizing which isn't available for this model I guess which, with socks felt a little tight so I ordered this pair in 45 + 1/3 to wear with socks and leave the unworn, black/white pair for when I want to go sockless. Makes sense aswell to leave the base black ones for my nasty-ass bare feet.
