    Because it has a throttle? Can it be disabled?
    "400W peak" is rather modest for the 250W nominal class.

    Not that I'd recommend this 29kg boat-anchor to anyone. Wheels are too tiny for any sort of off-road, but it has "full suspension" !?
    China's 3rd tier factories churn out this crap to look appealing in catalogues, to people who have no idea, and will probably only ride it a dozen times.

    massive battery though! Cells any good? the quoted range seems far too short for a 960Wh battery with 25km/h limiter.
