Update your Qantas app and it should appear on the home screen automatically if you have met the T&C.
Anyone who has flown Qantas between 1 July 2022 and 30 August 2023 looks to be eligible.
Bonus appears to vary between flight activity. 75 Status Credits or 5000 Points or 30 Status Credits and 1000 Points
My partner and I flew within the time frame. She used her QFF points to book both our flights. My QFF number was supplied in her booking and that flight shows up in my QFF account.
She got these 5000 points. I got nothing. Is this normal or should I try contacting Qantas?

FYI I said yes to the SC bonus yesterday morning aroung 10am, just noticed the points have been credited to my account this afternoon.

when i saw this posting other day, i opened the app for first time in months - as part of the login and 2FA , it gave me few msg boxes indicating that this offer would be avail (but didnt yet show me SC or points options), which looked positive. After that though, it has not showed anything more about this, and no option to redeem anything :(
yesterday i got an option to upgrade the app, did that, still nothing. Today i've uninstalled/reinstalled .. and still no offer.
I flew to EU last Aug and back in Sept, booked thru qantas but flew on Emirates planes, not sure if that should matter much..

EDIT - i found the notification page again, and it does mention QF operated flights .. i will have to check if my flights were EK or not.. i suspect they would have been!

Just got my 75 status credits which immediately expired, so that's nice
Same thing happened to me. Selected status points (30/08). They were credited today (01/09) and then “expired” straight away as my membership renew date was 31/08. Think I should contact support as they were credited the first day of my new membership year?
yeah i'm going to try, it would be a good start to the new membership year for retaining gold again this year.

Yep. And that little man's pathetic statements about the best way for Qantas to pay back the people is via paying corporate taxes by letting them make even higher profits. He tried to say that all the bail-out money went to ordinary workers at Qantas, conveniently neglecting to mention the millions that went to his own salary - if Qantas went under, he would have been paid nothing.
