Thanks!
lol at the review "My wife is Asian decent"
There’s a miso thread on Whirlpool where a fella posted up recently that he likes miso, cooks with it often and ‘I’m not even Asian’
smdh
Probably a good thing. I've seen some documentary websites featuring indecent Asian wives.
I've got this model and it is great!!!
I did have the Panasonic Deluxe prior to it (dog destroyed it), and honestly, I'm just as happy with the result.
So many pop ups. So many fake RRP.
pro-tip to get it to cook faster - use hot water
200W draw is very small so it'll take a while to heat up, hence the poor reviews and misunderstanding of basic physics by most
$24 Aussie peso with evilbay plus membership
Got one from a previous deal.
Works great. It’s no Tiger or Panasonic, but perfect rice every time in 15 minutes for under $30, plus the warmer function works a treat.
Username checks out. Hi uncle.
How so?
Rico looks like Rice??
@MS Paint: Mebbe. Bizarre comment nonetheless…
@UncleRico: Kids these days can't read OR appreciate how far you can throw a football
@eddyah: How do you know how far @UncleRico can throw a football?
@Tiggrrrrr: The man’s done his homework.

Tell your friends. And mother…
@MS Paint: Think I'd prefer listening to Uncle Roger
In Asian culture, uncle are always used when referring to older (often regarded as wiser) men, who should have enough knowledge about proper asian foods. Hence, the stereotype of Uncle Roger. Although Rico, is not a common Asian name. And rice is not strictly asian food.
@John: Just like Aunt and Uncle in indigenous Australian culture.
I had this product the quality is poor don't throw away your money.
Where exactly is the deal?
I have the same one and it is great . Perfect for when I only want rice for myself.
I got one previously and happy with it.
When it says 'cups of rice' it refers to output, not input. You use 100ml per 'cup' so I basically put one cup raw rice, rinse and fill to line with warmish water, half teaspoon of salt, and fire away and you end up with 3 cups finished product. If you leave it on too long, it can singe the bottom, but I just open it when finished, put a splash of water in it and stir, then leave it 5 minutes to rest.
Very happy with it.
Not related and not a deal. I bought a Breville rice cooker 12 years ago and it's still solid. I reckon buy a good brand that will last years even if it costs more
Just recieved a refund for this, no communication, I assume the order has been cancelled by the company, paypal just refunded the purchase.
This is not a deal. I have a much better one for a similar price. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005459341742.html Comes with steamer and multifunction.
Reviews not great
