    I waited 5 hours and still haven't received my DoorDash gift card. Had to cancel via live chat. DoorDash dinner big fail.

      I had the same issue last night! Also cancelled via live chat, after Amazon telling me it "may take up to 24 hours". Yeah, nah.

      Yes, received but mine took 3 days (ordered 17/8, received 20/8). It was stuck in "processing" but my credit card was never charged until it was actually sent.

    Me too didn’t get gift card and they said they will cancel it but it still show they haven’t refunded . It’s been quite annoying as I have been through live 5 times that I haven’t received refund .

    I kept going on love chat with Amazon that my giftcard hasn’t arrived , it was still
    Processing then they sent it but I didn’t get it . They said cancel and will refund but no refund , and everytime I speak to staff they said ok will cancel and refund but nothing happens , so now back on live chat again. This also happen with Netflix .
