My last pair from these guys (a few weeks ago) had a silicone tip missing. Are they legit and it was an Apple oversight in production or are they dodgy?
If you check the serial and the coverage date is before you bought them, they could be fake.
Seems odd a tip was missing but its possible

This mob is a front for Wireless1. Order this item from MacApp and they didn't ship out for two weeks and didn't respond to any ebay messages. Called them up and said they were having IT, shipping, etc.. issues (giving me the run-around) when other OzBers from the same deal had long received their purchases. That was an ebay plus deal so many received their Airpods after 2-3 business days. YMMV.
