Yup, good unit though, we use pretty much exclusively since we got it.
Remember to do the initial burn out while it's outside the house.
They are coated with heave chemicals and you need to burn them off and it stinks.
Run at least 30 minute burn cycle at highest temp.Is the IP 10L decent when compared to the Phillips options?
Internetland is awash with some slating one over the other but yet both get a decent wrap from their respective air fryer fan boys :)
Have both, the Phillips is better for "basket" foods (like fries, nuggets, etc) and the IP 10L is better for flatter foods (like chicken breast, steak, whole chickens, pork/beef roasts, etc) …
As the comment above, the IP 10L the upper shelf gets hotter than the bottom, so need to rotate shelves about 50% into cook if full ;)
The Philips knobs have all broken off after ~ 2 years of use, the IP 10L is a little fickle with the touch functions, but still going after 2.5 years use :P
Thinking of upgrading the ol' Phillips to the 10L unit. The rotisserie attachment looks fun - wouldn't it be better for things like fries and nuggets?
Yeah it works well for those, but you can't get as many in as a Philip XXL fryer!
@7ekn00: Thanks for the info.
I like you can cook 4 cookies at a time only :) https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ifQ9DjgnL.AC_SL1000.jpg
Any suggestion on the replacement filters?
For the 10 litre - Don't forget to pull the carboard packaging inside (covers element). I do not recommend setting off all the super loud smoke detectors in a rental unit with neighbours in earshot :P
I have 10 litre.
If you're using the trays, top tray gets MUCH hotter.
