      Just assumed I didn't take it out…. Not only did I take it out I used it for a week to make sure I wasn't imagining it or that it would bake out

  I am returning mine after a few months as the door has a plastic sensor which melts. Makes it so it doesn't detect that the door is closed and will not start…

    Yeah, I have a 2200W one and I can safely omit the pre-heat step in instructions, and with instructions that don't have a pre-heat step I have to cut down the time or things will be overdone 😆

    Also have to remind myself not to run the kettle at the same time

  Bought this same model in May 2023 for $99.50 on Amazon, been using it frequently since.. absolutely love it, I have nothing particularly negative to say, it has never given me a problem.

  I do recall a plastic smell when initially heating it, but I believe it subsided after the first couple of heat cycles.

  Never had any issues with the door sensor.

  The rotisserie spit and the basket are absolutely fantastic, I use the rotisserie for small whole chickens (usually less than 1.8kg fits fine), the basket is perfect for things like potato gems, just make sure the air fryer is up to temp before you add them or they will turn into chunky soup.

  This one can be had slightly cheaper at MyDeal with the $15 off code depending on delivery postcode but this deal did get me looking at others on Amazon and ended up with a small Philips 4.1L for $85 which should be great for the caravan

  Bought one for $99 a few years ago, actually bought 2 with the second as a gift for family.

  Use it all the time, works great. Only very minor issue is the touch buttons are sensitive so can jump quickly when pressing up/down.
