For those on the edge, these sort of deals will come back every few months or so. The more inactive you are the better these targeted offers will be. So if you really dont need it now, wait till you actually need. Happy days!

What's the benefit of PS Plus Subscription ?
Benefits:
- Play online games (though there are some free to play online games not needing PS Plus).
- Cloud save.
- Monthly free games.
- Some discounts buying some games.
Additional benefit for extra tier:
- A library of games which can be played (kinda like GamePass, but not as many games). Majority of previously "free" PS Plus monthly games are there.

Wtf?! So Essentials I thought you could choose any 2 games per month but you stuck with their choice of games, that sucks. So then I had to upgrade to next level and missed out on discount on the upgrade.
