Saw Cirque de Soleil Crystal last weekend and it was fantastic! Well worth the ticket.

Just be sure to take a jacket with you. Many were caught off guard and didn't realise it would be so cold… despite knowing it was on an ice rink lol

    • even the back $70 seats?

      • They're only using half of the arena, so everything's readily visible.

  • I just checked youtube and there is a 60 minutes Cirque du Soleil crystal. For those that want to save money instead of spending 100 dollars to see it live :)

That’s like using Google Street View instead of going on holiday

Even worse. 60 mins is only 3/5 of the actual show, so it's more like using Google Street View only to find the camera stopped recording part way and the screen cuts to black.

    • $100 I wouldnt mind paying to see it.
      $500 for the whole family….
      youtube

    • I just checked youtube and there is a 60 minutes Cirque du Soleil crystal.

I think I know what video you are talking about. That video is 30 minutes from Crystal and the other half from another show. The actual Crystal show is about 125 minutes.
But still these 30 minutes is a good sample - if you like it you will like the show.

      • The show itself is 100 minutes and the intermission is 25 minutes.

  • Lots of promos pricing for CdS.
Must not be selling well in Melbourne.
Probably darn cost of living and my mates Philip and Dan wrecking havock with rates, fees, taxes, levies and other increases at work here…

I saw a show overseas and it was amazing so I booked this one too. Looking forward to it. Also RACV members get a discount for selected shows. Check your emails.

  • It's worth using gift cards bought from Shopback. You will save much more that $10 and will save immediately without waiting for the cashback (which may not even track).

  • $10 per ticket, or $10 per booking?
If the latter, can you book multiple times seperately?

    • Per booking, and as many transactions as you like, just needs a new click each time.

Each transaction costs close to $10.

  • Damn, bought 3 tickets few days ago for $75 each. I must always check cashback! Oh well at least I got at a good price.

    • Don't kick yourself. Few days ago the cashback was only 70 cents. Plus each transaction costs close to $10 anyway. So it doesn't make much sense.

Ahha, yes I still was happy to pay that. We went last night, it was great. I watched one show in London about 20 years ago, one in Nice approximately 13. And 3 in Sydney now. The only show I didn’t like it was the Avatar one.
