they gave away a free one the other day to get some people hooked… now, they are making the fatties hand over their cash.

    • now, they are making the fatties hand over their cash

Are you one of them ?

      • -2

        never had one.
        are you?

        • nah…. been long time never have KK,,,

        • -1

          never had one

I had to buy because a friend (brainwashed by this brand) wanted to.
I'm not a fan of this brand, their donuts are over priced and they taste krispy fat and sugar, the cream, even more super fat and sugar.

          • +9

@billadm: krispy fat and super fat? sounds good to me - will purchase now thank you

            • -3

@thiccglutes: Plus vote for you and enjoy your fatty sweet donuts.
As a side note, have you ever been to Italy?
Their sweets (small or big cakes) and filling or topping creams are made by using genuine products such as natural flour, eggs and real sugar, no animal nor vegetable fats are used or added, no chemicals, no corporate's hidden protected ingredients.
You can find some of these sweets in Australia but believe me they are not comparable to the ones you can taste in Italy.

              • +1

@billadm: I have been and the food was good. People. Weren't so nice though which is very sad to say :/

                • -3

                  @Chocobros:

                  Weren't so nice

That is a generalization also I don't know people there but you can find some not nice people everywhere.

                  • +2

@billadm: It was my experience. Not saying all Italian people over the world aren't nice… That would be a generalisation

                  • -1

                    @billadm: You want generalisation?
Search any Chinese video and you’ll get a bunch of usa-euro cucks easily being racist and saying things like “fake” anyday

Edit: or just go to this forum-
                    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/792041
It’s not even about Chinese, but the hates already in there done by some whitey

              • @billadm: No animal fats? Yet butter and cream and cheese is used?

    • +1

love the kfc app deal comments in your history - did they hook you into handing over your cash? are you a fattie? cheers

      • -7

you'll notice if you look at my comments I only ever buy chips, and even then, in moderation/rarely

the fact that you went looking might prove you are the fatty.

        cheers

        • +1

i also am not a fatty. glad to meet a like minded non fatty. cheers.

          • @thiccglutes: welcome friend.
            let's stay non-fat

for some reason, people don't like me linking that book below … they want to remain in poor health. It's a shame.

    • +1

I'd love to eat a Krispy Kreme in front of you and billadm just so you get triggered lmao.

      • -1

Won't bother me, you'll be the one on statins before long.

        • +1

Idk man. You seem pretty bothered in all your comments

          • -1

@jsediv: ok, you can dwell on that a bit more if you wish.

    • Fatties Rise UP! 🍑👆

      • Fatties been trying to take me on!

    • Amazing, they've found immortality but haven't been given recognition for it

      • -4

        worth reading.
might add some years to the life of fatties.
might save some people from being put on statins also

    • -1

wow, people really don't want to get healthy!
no wonder Aus is #2 on the obesity scale

      • It’s pretty bad when you see family deals here,
it’s the sad ones the buy big fat Family specials at KFC or Mcd for dinner, that doing the most damage to health & tax payers of the future

    • +5

You've made me see the light and change my ways! I'm going to grab 40 doughnuts for the same price as this book, what a steal!

      • +1

I've bought that book before. Tastes like s#!t. I'll stick to KKs

  • +2

Does it include South Australia? Can't see this on the Krispy Kreme SA site

    • I highly doubt it. Using past deals as an indication, I think the SA stores are owned by On The Run or whoever the hell owns them now.

Any deals on insulin or gym memberships in Aug to go along?

    • +4

no insulin or gym, but maybe this https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/790471

    • +1

Technically, taking insulin can cause weight gain. Because the person absorbs the glucose better. And excess original glazed will become fat.

  • After you get KK, there is no cure

  • BMI Check

  • Beware the original glazed - 8% saturated fat, 23% sugar.

    • +3

Are people really buying donuts and worrying about this at the same time? Nah I don't think so.

      • but the gentleman at 7-11 assured me it was all fat and sugar free

        • In statins we trust

        • -1

          sugar free

That is the typical marketing BS claim, the same lab sugar is used everywhere which can cause diarrhoea.

  • +1

    I'll wait for another 12 for $12

    • will that last 12 days for one person? 1 a day?

  • Unfortunately SA has no affiliation with eastern states. Even with KK app

  • What is in the celebration dozen?

  • +2

    Pretty average specials

    • +1

Yeah is $20 supposed to be cheap for 12 original glazed now? Damn.

      • +2

Yea people who upvote should say where the bargain is. All the “deals” are very poor. I mean $3 coffee is crap, $4 milkshakes is very ordinary etc etc

        • Agreed… where is the deal?

        • +1

          people who upvote

Fanbois who get excited for no real reason.

  • where's the $3 shake?

    • I think they mistook the coffee ($3 Coffee) for a shake.

      Shake is actually $4.

  • The one thing that might be good is the celebration dozen for $20. [ Best in terms of relative price - assorted dozen from 7-11 ].

The rest of the offers are pretty 'mehhh'.

Why do they bother having a $20 for original dozen when they have a $20 for celebration dozen? It's clearly dominated [ 1. It's from 7-11, which is usually supposed to be more expensive than from a KK store. 2. It's assorted instead of plain donuts ]

    • I think the idea is that you need to use the 711 app so it has a larger non-monetary cost to the customer, so the deal was probably broked on that fact. The $20 for 12 is probably also a decoy product for the celebration dozen.

  • Does the 7 11 4 pack today include all 4 mixed packs or only the exclusive variety?

    • Assume just the exclusive.

If you click the image attached to the deal, it specifies 'exclusive'.

      1 Salted Caramel
      1 Choc Creme
      2 Original Glaze

  • I thought so I guess was checking incase anyone managed to get away with it, as my local had none of the exclusive variety only other mixed packs.
