Really low price on this awesome little portable label printer that connects to your phone via Bluetooth and allows you to easily print out labels on the go. I picked one up recently for doing cable labels at work as it's much easier (and cheaper) than the bigger chunky Brother P-touch label printers.

They're good for labelling pretty much anything else you like and there's all sorts of different labels around (i.e. cute animals and transparent).

They have quite a few models with this one being good value compared to the D101 that sells for ~US$30. It'll take labels that are 12-15mm wide, 203dpi resolution, USB Type-C charging and a 1200mAh battery. The app is really easy to use with plenty of settings and as a test I printed out this suss looking RAM label.

As with all printers the consumables are where the costs add up, so you'll have to shop around to get the lowest. I had a quick look and a roll of 10 standard labels are US$19.34, while the cable labels US$4.80 are for a roll.

AU$ based on current Mastercard rate and GST inclusive.

Nice hidden image and link. He's a pretty hot guy.

After many years his true identity is revealed ;)

  • Can this potentially be used to print barcodes or QR codes? Had a look at this and other listings and now I'm thoroughly confused.

Anything you like. The app includes text, barcodes, QR codes, tables, images, serial numbers, Excel data, symbols and more.

      • Cheers! Giving it a go, I need something portable to print QRs off a spreadsheet.

  • Got one, nice price thanks op :)

I got one of these, but at a regular price.
It's actually pretty good, I do rate it.
The software isn't too bad, I was surprised.

    • we need to pay more to unlock the software full potential… :(

      • You're really only paying for some extra symbols Niimbot have created. For me doing text, images, barcodes and QR codes the VIP features aren't necessary.

  • Can't quite tell from the pics but looks like this model only takes the narrow tapes. I'd recommend the D101 model (or similar) that takes both wide and standard tapes.

Really depends how long the app is made available or kept working on modern phones.
Tempted, but I have a mountain of dymo 400 labels already I need to use.
EDIT: upon reviewing the RAM photo the resolution is impressive for something so small and cheap

Fortunately Niimbot is no small company and have been in the label printer business for 11 years. Only in the last couple of years have they boomed outside of China with local distributors now available.

      • Good to know thanks

    • The app keep up-to-date with 4.7 stars / 5 (953 ratings) in Appstore
Been using it for over 2 years and no issues with the latest ios 16.5
I would say the only challenge is to get the replacement labels as they are not available in local stores (eg. officeworks)

      • Upon a quick search, the cable labels don’t appear available for the Dymo handheld thing I have either.
        Double tempted

  • Curious to know what size label was used on the RAM pic.

    • 12x40mm

  • What's the diff between OP and this for $13.76? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005698038979.html?spm=a2…
(not in the market to buy so happy for it to be ozbargained ;) )

  • I think this is the same one I have. Solid devices - yup it is. Got the d110 and think cost around $20 from China directly so if it’s around $20, solid price for a solid device

  • It’s showing as OOS now

  • 2600 labels for ~$23 is pretty good.

  • damn missed it - anyone found an alternative??

For US$15.74 you can grab it from this seller instead. On the same listing you can get it with 3 additional rolls for US$23.07

      • +1

Thanks Clear! I grabbed one from this seller. Not sure if it's available for everyone, but there was a coupon for an extra US$3 off every US$20 spend so I got the pack with 3 additional rolls.

Also, this listing is for the D110, which, from my quick Google, appears to be an updated version of the D11. Slightly smaller, but the biggest advantage appears to be a flat base so it can stand vertically (whereas the D11 has a rounded base).

        • The one in this deal is the D110 too. Seems i forgot to add a 0 to the title.

        • How do you get the coupon SingleMalty? I can see it in the header but when checking out, unsure how it is applied. Thanks!

          • @ScrubCorps: It kinda applied it automatically. Recalling what I did, via the listing in the mobile app, I clicked on the "US $3.00 off etc etc…" banner directly under the price. Then I added the product to my cart, checked out, and the discount was automatically shown in the "Discounts" section of the Check Out page.

Just make sure you're buying the set with 3 additional rolls (which is above US$20 to qualify for the coupon discount).

  • Back in stock at US $14.87 delivered

  • https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004358391778.html Managed to get one from Niimbot official store for $26AUD by registering a new account (welcome discount) plus follow the official store for $3.13 discount.

Now to find cheap labels…anyone get a good source for this?
