But it's certainly playable in my opinion.
I bought this on sale and can confirm it's pretty impressive how well it runs all things considered. There were drops here and there, but I personally didn't think it ruined the gaming experience. You just need to consider if you're going to play this handheld or not. If you're not, then may as stick to console or PC. But it's quite fun to play this on the go.

Anyone know how this runs on switch? I know it's not going to be the same as PC, but how's the frame rate on switch?
