I paid a bit extra for their "New HOLOGRAM PACKAGE" version. It arrived in normal non-hologram packaging. The product page does not show the hologram packaging any more too. Not sure if it's genuine or not. Expiry is 12-2032.
How to tell real from fake?
I remember getting some local Maxell ones locally, and they wouldn't work in my Mazda/Mercedes remote keys. Varta and Panasonic worked no problem.
Taste test
I buy the Maxell ones off eBay. No idea if they are fake but they last long enough so I don't really care.
Here's a review:
I purchased a 10 pack of Maxell CR2032 batteries from a seller called DREAMFIELD. The packaging the batteries came in is very suspicious, with poor quality printing particularly on the back.
I wouldn't risk buying these when it's all third party sellers. Very unlikely to be genuine at this price
Be careful, there is a lot of fake Maxell batteries out there, and these are sold by "Monster Trading Store" not Amazon AU or Maxell.
