I received the two sunglasses I ordered and one has fitment problem. It must be crooked as one side of the sunglasses sits closer to my face and I can feel it not sitting properly on my face. My sibling ordered the same sunglasses and his one fits me fine so mine must be defective.
Contacted POC and they want me take photo of the problem, which is a pretty dumb request. Misfitting glasses is a very subtle thing so how the hell do I capture the issue on a photo!
I just wanted to say thanks to POC for honouring the deal. Just got my helmet today and it is great. Food fit and well constructed.

I doubt anyone is as dumb as me, I figured out I can remove the cheek padding and replace it with thinner ones (supplied). Now It fits snug but perfect! My bad, my first full face helmet.
I brought one for the kid and really impressed by the quality.
Anyone has an adult size L snow helmet they dont need (eg size or colour issue), let me know.

Finally got my order today, but THE helmet i really wanted was out of stock….
Be warned. POC customer service is shocking.
I ordered a couple of sunglasses and one was crooked and it's impossible to wear it. See the photo below. I sent this to POC customer service and after taking 12 days to respond, they came back saying it's just a variability in fit and not a defect. Absolutely shocking response from a brand that touts itself as a premium brand. The photo clearly shows the sunglasses isn't symmetrical and my brother also ordered the same sunglasses which I tried on and his one does not have the problem that mine has.
Anyone have XL/XXL snow helmet they want to swap for a M/L helmet? Message me if interested.
