Thanks for the reminder… I still haven't received my $5 from previous survey

I can see 5 surveys tracked but nothing further, available 5th Sept.

These are surveys, they shouldn't need 60 days to confirm.

  • Negging because these weren't tracked for me last time, and never received the $5 from previous "deal"

Got 2/3 "pending" did multiple others that were not tracked

    https://m.facebook.com/groups/114517723221205/permalink/8259…

Seems to be some issue with these surveys, I'm in the same boat as these ppl commenting on FB, and have 4 earn more challenges in limbo with these.

  • +6

I've yet to receive any Cashback from any survey. I have weeks worth pending (overdue). Sent an enquiry for one of them last week but no response… Has anyone been paid for these yet?

    • Same problem

    • +3

I've got heaps of savvy surveys overdue, not a single one has been confirmed. I sent them an email yesterday but nothing yet.

    • -1

When did you do your survey?

I can see mine from 6/7 will be available by 5/9

      • +2

I've got a bunch that where due 20th this month and today, I've hit enquire on all of them after seeing the FB post about none reaching confirmed status.

    • All of my (many) survey rewards from May are still pending, well overdue. Have submitted an enquiry but no response. I have the feeling they're not going to pay out.

  • +4

The rate of pay is already slavery tier for the time spent, not to mention the wasted time when the surveys break or filter you out AT THE END. For them to not actually pay out is disgraceful.

    • -6

Pls share how you can make $3.50 while pooping at work, I am very keen to learn your methods.

Also you typically get filtered out at the beginning of the survey, if you did towards the end then there may have been an issue with that single survey, that isnt the normal behavior of these surveys.

  • +1

Yeah since 21st July when they were supposed to start being approved I've got heaps sitting in pending state still with the "enquire" button.

  • +1

Can't complete a survey as well

  • +1

    Thanks OP. Worked as usual.

  • How long do they take ?

    • They are all different, some as little as 5 minutes to 20. The amount you get paid will vary on the time spent.
I've done a couple that said estimate 15 minutes and they can be done in less than 10 mins.

      • +2

But you may not get paid, many reporting that they're not paying, including me.

  • +1

Also waiting for surveys to be confirmed which are overdue. Completed surveys on 1 May with a due date of 1 July with no payout.

They need to get their act together before further promotions as it's already slave wages (like someone else said) in my view.

    • +1

All paid survey systems, at best are slave wages and at worst a scam.

Anyone see the downfall of Emailcash/Rewards central.

  • -1

Didn't know so many people were also payment pending, though it was just me.
I've got around 3 pages of surveys that are overdue for payment, enquired on a few but not heard back.. Hopefully they sort this out.

People complaining about surveys being slavery.. I'd disagree. They payout if fair for what you are being asked, remember your not being forced to do any of these surveys.
Everyone time is worth something, but when you are sat on a train with nothing to do with your time other than watch it pass you by out the window, I don't mind doing a couple of surveys for a few extra dollars.

  • Cheers, answered a survey got hit with the not applicable/quota full as usual but still paid 0.10c already tracked, have received the bonuses in the past for surveys so not overly concerned about this one, but ShopBack seems to be hit and miss for a lot of people, more so than other cashback offers

    • have received the bonuses in the past for surveys

Have those bonuses and savvy cachbacks gone to confirmed status?

      • +2

Yes have received the last of the bonuses just a few days ago

Edit: just searched my history with savvy and there are 3 listed as pending that should have been confirmed by now, 4 confirmed, not a great hit rate overall

        • +4

You are the first and only person I've seen, to say they have had a savvy survey via shopback get to confirmed status.

          • +1

@HopSkipJumpFallSplat: :o must be a lucky 30 cents I guess, personally I’m leaning more back to cash rewards etc as ShopBack are just too hit and miss these days (plus their prime day offers were ordinary)

  • +3

I have a bunch of outstanding cashback that has not been paid for these surveys. Complete waste of time.

  • +4

I thought Shopback partnered with Savvy Surveys (PureProfile) ? EDIT* I've messaged gotyourback rep on here

Should we be complaining to Shopback Rep?

    https://www.linkedin.com/posts/tomshopback_savvy-surveys-has…

Never liked the feedback from the reviews of PureProfile, I thought having completed via Shopback would at least provide some reassurance of getting cashback

    https://au.trustpilot.com/review/www.pureprofile.com

    https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/pureprofile

  • +1

Hmm - yeah, just checked - the previous "incentives" was never credits.
    What a waste of time.

  • +1

Better off doing surveys directly on pureprofile. Have had good experience with them.

    • How does it compare with Octopus group? if you have used that

      • On those review links above, someone mentioned Octopus paid $18 an hour vs $9 on PureProfile/Savvy off memory

      • Pureprofile gives significantly less money per hour but has a lot of surveys. They have a heap more 'partner' surveys but they often take even longer and break, not worth doing.

    • Link?

I have approx. $300 Savvy Survey pending, my oldest ones are only a week or so overdue.
I was just thinking they were slow at cashing out, but after seeing everyone's comments here now I am hoping I've not wasted my valuable looking out the train window, or browsing reddit while pooping time!

I'm going to reach out to them and find out whats going on. Will report back

    • +2

Reply from Support via email — I'll update again if things do clear or I get another response.

Thanks for reaching out to us and bringing this to our attention, I'm here to help!

I will be escalating this matter and have our team check with the Store for this particular order. The investigation time may take up to the same amount of time as the store's redeemable period for us to receive an update as we will be awaiting a response from the merchant.

Leave this with me to follow up for you, as soon as I hear back from them I'll be right back with the information.

      • I had a bunch of Savvy survey fund approved last night about $25 worth. I've just checked today and there are still some overdue that have not been paid yet. At lease it's a start

  • +1

Completed 2 surveys and none have tracked. Waste of time, if it doesn't work

  • +2

    even tracked, never get pay.

  • +1

I have $15 worth of surveys waiting confirmation, had to request a follow up for every single one

Flybuys run the same surveys, points clear within a day

    • I tried to 'enquire' on all of the pending ones but it says error, existing enquiry, so you can only do one at a time!
I tried the flybuys one and every single time I completed a survey it said I'm not eligible…

  • +1

I've just noticed quite a few rejected ShopBack claims and don't recall seeing any notification of this.

I've raised a few tickets - will see how they handle these but I suggest checking to see what ShopBack claims have been rejected as I was very surprised

    • +1

You don't get notified with rejected cashbacks as far as I am aware, I check periodically.

      • +1

Quite disgraceful really. They better not hide behind T&C's regarding following up time when they don't bother to notify. Not very ethical in my opinion.

I've messaged GYB and will see how they handle this.

        • Cashrewards is even worse, if your claim gets rejected it sets the purchase and reward value to $0 to confuse you.

          • @Bdawg: ShopBack have done that to me as well with a Myer purchase

I've messaged GYB who has offered no credit so far. I'll be monitoring to see how this is handled as I only made Myer and food purchases due to so called bonus cashback..

    • My Menulog cashbacks (with Westpac bonus) got rejected for no reason. I sent enquiries.
For one of them they gave my partial cashback and I accepted it. Better something than nothing. Still waiting for their reply about another one.

  • +2

GYB Shopback Rep has replied to me now

They have escalated this with the Shopback team and ask that this be raised with Savvy Surveys, they're hoping to get this sorted with them very soon

  • I've now got two from 16 and 17 May, one from 12 May confirmed. A whole bunch one either side of those dates still pending (set to enquired).
