IKEA ones are not bad at least and always available.
IKEA ones would be double the price of this for a decent one.
Would only use these as spare mattresses tbh.
So not good enough for an everyday use. Hopefully someone finds a super deal on a good quality mattress.
I was thinking. If I buy this and I don't like it. How do I return it? You can not put back in the box once it's expanded to full size.
I bought one of these about 2 years ago.
I returned it after 2 or 3 weeks (you just have to man-handle the mattress into your car and back to the supermarket to get your refund.
I bought it with their bed base (which was also returned, but a separate trip for that)From memory - no side walls (it would sag easily near the sides).
Mattress firmness was kinda okay, but it felt thin (it is cheap).I think this is one for your guests, not for yourself.
I thought the solid foam mattresses would've been a better bet compared to this one.
(I did try the Emma classic)What you have to ask yourself is, do you have the ability to return it? (if you have a sedan, its unlikely you can fit it in)
I did check out Ikea, but did not like their offering - I am using a Noa pocket spring mattress, but this is starting to have "dips/grooves" from where I sleep. As always, YMMV
Thanks for your detail comment. 👍👍

We bought for our kids. No side wall support and very bouncy. Ok if you are light, but if you are heavy, you will sink.
how light n HEAVY ?
Light, as in young kids maybe 50kgs and under. Heavy, I am 95kgs and sink a lot.
@pformag: ok if it sucks for ädults" too i may just pass ..
I bought the king single size for myself during the last sale. For the price there is nothing out there with similar value. I prefer this more than my old mattress as it did not have a pillow top like the ALDI one. So for me this was an upgrade. Like others have mentioned there are no side wall support. It hasn't bothered me though as it has not lost it's shape/form yet. I haven't noticed any other issues with mine. Haven't had trouble sleeping on it daily :) Feel free to ask me if you want any other info.
I would buy it again if it lasts me in the same condition for another 3 years at least. My only gripe is the environmental impact on doing so :(
Grab the king single for my son. It's decent enough. No side walls means the sides are pretty terrible. It is shorter and skinnier than a standard king single so keep that in mind, looks a bit silly on a king single bed frame with the massive gaps all the way round.
The Eva mattresses are awesome in my experience.
How do these compare with Emma's? About the same?
I only tried the Emma Classic, and that was 100% foam.
I think the new ones have a pocket spring core.I did the Ozbargain thing and tested a few - my wife was sick of it after the 3rd trial, so we stuck with the Noa.
I forgot to mention, the advantage of the Emma's return policy was that they arranged it (I think the Salvo's came to pickup)
Remember, you have to order and have the new one before you return the old one (so you have something to sleep on).
We ordered some from Giselle bedding they are always available at this price with free shipping from Catch.com.au, there are positive reviews on most of the range whereas these may be from the same factory but also could be completely unknown.
EDIT: The kids were happy, no complaints, adults should obviously get the 30-36cm sizes.Appreciate your input / review!
Will now skip over the aldi ones and look at Giselle bedding instead, thanks
I bought this a few months ago on the last deal. Pretty good for the price. There was a rush in the store and most went straight away.
It is quite firm. Though it gets bit softer and better have using it for a week or so. Much better than my 15 year old mattress.I bought a couple of these single bed mattresses for the kids - perfect for them being lighter weight.
When I've slept on them they haven't been too bad, but not amazing
I picked one up a couple of months ago. I agree it was quite firm at first, but now it is quite a comfortable sleep. I would rate it far better than the pocket spring mattress I had from Ikea.
Weirdly it was in stock for a couple of weeks at my local Aldi and I was the only one standing outside at 8:30am in the morning on the day it was on sale. I felt a bit silly tbh but I also really needed a mattress.
Best site for all bed reviews is this site - excellent imho.

Such is everything these days, especially all the social media 'gurus'
What is true these days who knows.
No king size anymore it seems.
Prices slightly higher than previous deal. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/767001
Can anyone tell me if these are bouncy? Want to get for the kids but need them to be bouncy for their jumping around business..
Did anyone bought this before? Any good? I really need a new mattress. But most are so expensive :(
