Probably a pointless post but i am trawling through tools on the Amazon JP storefront, they have some good prices. I can't find this item for sale in Australia.
Kyoto Tools (KTC) is a well known brand with tools made in Japan. This ratchet looks awesome it has some kind of pivoting head, its a 72 tooth ratchet.
It should be good enough for most jobs even in tight spaces. RRP looks to be 10500 Yen ($110 AUD) according to the catalogue which i will link here.
Apparently 9.5sq is 3/8" size.

[Features]
● As a 9.5sq. ratchet handle, 72 gears are built into the smallest class head. Demonstrates high workability in narrow spaces.
●The handle can be rotated 180° or more around the head, and can be used like a ratchet driver.
●The handle is made of metal instead of resin. By applying knurling to a part, it achieves both moderate sliding and grip feeling, enabling smooth and fast turning.
●Since the swing is stepless (no fixed angle function), smooth turning is possible.
●Swing hardness can be adjusted with a hexagon socket head bolt (hex width across flats: 2.5mm).
●The socket can be attached and detached even when swinging.
● A three-pronged shape is used for the rotation direction switching lever. Switching is smooth even when swinging.
●Improve the rigidity of the neck and realize the strength that allows final tightening.
●A repair kit ( BRSW3-K ) is available as a spare part
