    110vac? US sockets?..

    • +3

It would appear to be only suitable for American / overseas markets as both input and output are rated; 100-120V 50Hz/60Hz

      • +1

Indeed. I am not sure what would be the point of advertising on this site…

    • +2

Hi sorry didnt clarify it , the products with AU regulation only. We only ship AU version for buyers here.

      • +6

So it charges at 230/240v and has Aussie outputs? You might want to put that in the description. Will help with sales.

  • Is a NE2000 or 3C509 better?

  • +1

How much is the NEO300 delivered?

    • +1

Looks like it can't be shipped to Australia, from the US Warehouse.

Code is W746BSAZT35W for US Warehouse.

      • +2

For CN warehouse, from US is way much much higher cost. The code working B4H9B6R62N90

Couple days later, the deal coming out for NEO300, Kevin.

  • +1

Who are the cells made by?

  • So the unit supply to AU will be 230-240v AC? How we going to charge it if it's 110-120v?

    • +3

Hi yes. its 230- 240v AC.

To be fair, I think this looks like an okay deal to me.
I just purchased the Anker 757 from Costco recently (https://www.costco.com.au/c/Anker-757-Portable-Power-Station…)
    The RRP is supposedly $2.5k
But Costco was selling for $2k, and they had 20% off if you spent >$1k, so it ended up costing $1.6k (delivered)

This product appears to have very similar specs (wouldn't suprise me if it was a clone).

I guess the main difference would be warranty/local representation - for me, that's go back to Costco if there is any issue :)
Since it's sold out at Costco, I'd say for ~$1200, it's probably an okay deal if you wanted one of these.
You'd expect these things to continue working if it was good out of the box (no moving parts to fail).

The costco one has 800 less wh than this unit.

    • Yes, does look like a deal, Bluetti equivalent is closer to $2000. Been watching reviews of the American version and looks alright.

    • And you don't have to wait 60 days for delivery from Costco.

      • +1

I’m not too sure about that. Doubting my online Costco Ecoflow purchase from 11 July sitting at ‘Order submitted to WMS/Dropship’.

Probably consolidated shipping / sea freight but would be nice if the Rep could clarify what shipping method their business uses…

Rep, is it true that the voltage range for charging from solar panel is 33v-60v? The range is very narrow…

Also, 33v requirement is too high and lots of solar panel is around 18.6v nominal ouput voltage. This also means that it is cannot be charged from car 12v or even 24v…

Any chance this limitation will be fixed in the near future?

Other than the above, promo price is quite good…

    • 30v minimum is pretty standard (to keep amperage down). Could use a step up DC booster (few $ on eBay). 60v max sux a bit though.

The charging from the car 12v is a different port. This is probably where you could feed in an 18v panel, maybe with a step down converter to be safe.

      • +1

        There is no 12v input.

        • Surely can't be true.
PITA if you need to use a step up booster , or small inverter to run from the car.

Graphic shows 4 x 12v DC and 1 X car charging port. I recon the 1 X is an input.

Classic Chinesium marketing though. I bet the solder joints etc follow the same quality.

@tunzafun001: The manufacturer recommends an inverter in "emergencies".

Q: Why does NE02000 not support car cigarette lighter charging?
            – A: NE02000 uses an MPPT charge and discharge controller. The rated input voltage of the XT60 port for solar charging is 33-60V. The car cigarette lighter can only provide 12V/24V charging voltage. Therefore, the XT60 interface of NEO2000 does not support charging from the car cigarette lighter socket. If you want to charge the NE0 2000 through your car’s cigarette lighter socket in an emergency, you can charge the NE0 2000 from the car battery by connecting the included AC charging cable to a car c igarette lighter inverter/converter (Note: the car inverter/ converter is not included in the package, please buy it separately).

  • code isn't working for me.

  • Would be ideal if it supported charging from a 12v car socket as similar products. But still good price considering it's 2kwh.

    • +1

No 12v charging is a bit of a deal breaker unfortunately.

  • +2

does anyone know if we can stack a couple of them together, so we can have double the total energy stored?

    • Nope, doesn't look like it.

  • +1

How much for the Neo 300 delivered? The listing currently does not have a CN warehouse option.

  • +2

Hmm.. Post title now amended to add Import duties and GST.

    • Interesting 🤔
      Awaiting clarification LoL

  • Bit of a slow order fulfillment

    • When did you place your order? Would be interested to hear when it arrives.

      • 27/07/2023,
At least their online support is a bit faster replying :)

        • I’m still waiting for a status change for an Ecoflow from Costco sitting at ‘Order submitted to WMS/Dropship’ (11/07/23).

          • +1

@koo88: Might be on a slow ship from China to Australia :)

I guess I was too fast to give their online support praise besides even the rep gaintwhale @ DaranEner is missing in action LoL…

            • +2

@LHSolutions: After a month of waiting my order was cancelled for being ‘out of stock’. You’re ahead in this race so far as long as they haven’t taken your money yet.. ha

              • +2

@koo88: So far it has been radio silence from the rep gaintwhale & DaranEner online support…

My order status is still Unfulfilled, soo I`m patiently waiting for a response from DaranEner support or if my luck changes shipment confirmation lol :)

  • +1

Who's received theirs and what's it like?

    • +1

      So far nothing,
Apparently my order was shipped out a month ago and is floating on a slow cargo ship from China to Australia…

Hope it arrives by the end of this month
