I fell for this tape 'bargain' myself and mistakenly bought some a little while ago. It sticks for a while, but then in a few days the tape starts to fall off the box all by itself. Pain in the bum having to retape boxes a few days after you pack them. Stick with better a better tape brand imo… there's a reason it's cheap.

    • what brand did you use afterwards?

i agree.. you get what you pay for.. but sometimes, even when you pay higher price… the tapes still falls off :(

      • Seriously advise against buying this tape - regardless of price. The fumes coming off the adhesive give you an instant headache.
Officeworks had THE best clear tape on the market until a year or so ago - in the same packaging. I bought more than 100 blocks of 6 when they were running out the old stock. The hassle involved in chasing it all up was horrendous. It will last us at least a couple of years, but my suggestion to anybody else is to do a search on Ebay for Taiwanese made clear tape and keep your fingers crossed that it comes out of same factory as the stuff we're using. I'd be interested in knowing how you fare.
Just a point worth mentioning. We have yet to discover any 'Made in China' adhesive product - of any description - that is anything less than noxious.

  • You shouldn't expect it as good as the one at over $5.00 per roll. But it's better than the one at over $1.50 per roll in most retail shop. I changed from those to this tape and already used more 40 rolls at around $1.00 each. It worth the money.
