Seem to be a handy smart/wifi plug that's low profile.
Bonus it has an energy monitor too which seems handy.

Haven't tried one before so can't personally vouch for them but reviews on several different platforms seem quite positive about them.

Not an absolute ripper of a discount either but they seem quite reasonably priced to begin with. (I know won't hit the mark with all the "Not buying unless 80% min. discount" OzBargainers :/)

    I like them.
    Was trying to figure out my bills, so I set this up on home assistant;

    Actually, while I have you guys here, whats ur daily kWh?

    • Mate can't see the pic. Does it monitor your daily use??

    • This month I've averaged 15kwh/day as I've had the heater on a bit. No gas connected so that's everything.

    • I thought there was an open bug with the energy monitor not working with home assistant?

  • Do these keep to their own socket in a double powerpoint?

      No, these are fat af. You'll want some mini extension cords or a generously spaced/sized power board. Or a power cube/squid.

      • This. I run a couple of these guys off an el cheapo 4 port powerboard, connected to my fancy circuit breaker board.

  • I'll buy. I have the HomeKit one without energy monitoring and could use a few more for my various electric blankets/throws. Though only one of them will work when turned on with this, the rest have a digital display and need to press power button after powering on. But who cares, these things are cool, will think of a use for them. It's nice to just be able to say "Hey Siri turn my bedroom fan on".

    Oof, not HomeKit. I cancelled and ordered the $70 ones instead, this deal already talked me into it.

    This doesn’t support Homekit. Even says so in the technical specifications

    It specifically says not compatible with HomeKit. Are you sure this works with Siri?

  • I have one of these, I am using it with FAN heater and Google home, works great
    this is anything but low profile, this do not leave room to connect anything in adjacent socket

    • Makes the button on it easy to find and press at least.
