    Lenovo Y700 8.8" is the most powerful in that range.

    iPlay 50 Mini is definitely the best option in the budget range. They recently introduced a bumped up one with 128GB storage and a tough case. They're expected to release an even more powerful Helio G99 CPU variant sometime this year too.
