    Amazon refund policy is excellent. I never have problem of getting refund.
    I had ordered a coffee marker from Amazon UK and it arrived both broken in the first TWO delivery.. unbelievable and both time got refunded and finally the third one arrived safely…

      amazons refund policy wasnt the point though. Granted it keeps the buyer safe but the amount of waste it causes and more of the fact if local supply/delivery has such as result then international is even more of a roll of the dice.
