i dont think i'll ever fly united again. a bargain is a bargain but i dont think 10% is enough to balance it out

  Flew them last year to the US and all internal flights. They were flawless for us, everything on time or early, baggage always came out within 10mins.
  
  And this was during the peak season when travel was going nuts.

    Same, I flew United in August last year during 'pilot shortages' et al. and couldn't fault them. YMMV however!
