    It is an euphemism for a swap file on the flash memory.

  Bought this, then realised the T30 was for $294 from aliexpress, with a Helio G99. Hopefully I can return this to banggood after receiving it.

      Haven't received it yet unfortunately. Comments from a previous deal post paint it in a favourable light, so do the YouTube reviews I found.
