Cheapest ever, it's up there with the LG G3 and Sony's upcoming A95L range.

This or the S90c for $4245.75?
I checked the s95 and s90 side by side in store the other day - and to be honest a couldn't really see any difference. Maybe the S95's slightly brighter in white highlights was noticable when side-by-side, but you had to really concentrate to notice it. IMO not enough for ~$900 price increase. However, if you are intending to wall mount then the s95 becomes more appealing with the uniform thickness and one connect box. So for me the decision would come down to whether I wanted to wall mount and not display differences.
The jbhifi extra 15% perk deal the other day brought this TV down to $5095.75. So this isn’t the cheapest price ever, but it’s just as good.
is this OLED better than LG OLED C2/C3?
Similar level. The LGs use W-OLED and this is QD-OLED. The QD oled should be able to produce slightly more vibrant colours, but in practice both c3 and s95c will look great. Personally, I'd give the edge to the samsung
This is better. Competes with g2 and g3
how is gaming and OS compared to LG?
from some reviews of past C2,
people say C2 is the best gaming monitor/TV compared to Samsung and Sony etc.
check reddit r/oled for solid answers on this question
i do
most of the people on there would rave about their OLED purchase
depending on which one they got..Since most own C2, they would say C2
yeah thats why i didnt say go to r/lgoled hahah you ask about samsung in there and they all attack you. they both have there perks i couldnt afford a 77 samung oled so i went with LG ive heard samsung has the upper lead on gaming this year though.
@bob98: you will find that r/oled also has lots of LG owners there too
42" C2 is considered the best and cheapest OLED you can get when it was still sellingI don't look at r/lgoled or subscribed to it..
which LG and model you own?
and how much paid?@pinkybrain: CS 77 c1 panel with c2 processor, 3.5 for the tv and $350 for 5 year extended warranty. came from the tcl c835 miniled that some people compare to oled and i can safely say there is no comparison. having problems with my q930b soundbar running in sync with the lg and xbox series x but thats my only complaint about it all
OLED users trying to use AirPlay 2: Just in case someone’s purchased a new smart TV & is trying to use the built in AirPlay 2 to mirror Apple devices ie iPhone, iPads, MacBook’s, smart devices such as wifi cameras, printers, doorbells & broadly any other smart device, incl Chromecast for Android devices and using a 5G home broadband router instead of NBN, it won’t work. This is the case because it the 5G home broadband routers use CG NAT limiting such functionality. After numerous discussions with TPG found this to be the issue rather than my new OLED TV’s functionality. The fix is to connect the TV to the router using an Ethernet/ Lan cable. All other smart devices would then seamlessly connect to the tv, wirelessly (on the same wifi network). Hope this post will have saved 10’s of frustrating hours troubleshooting the problem with TPG, the TV company, Apple etc.
are you talking about AirPlay 2 built into this TV
rather AirPlay 2 to appleTV?Built in AirPlay 2
I can get this for $5099
Wait until 30/03/2024 and you will get it for $3200
