Very over Uber eats, poor customer service, hit and miss drivers, no way to speak to someone with issues and online team just closed calls without resolving.
The last time I received stone cold food 30 mins late, and they only offered ~30% refund, closed all follow up complaints stating I'd already been given maximum despite delivery of unsafe and inedible food.
They do that if you’re asking for far more refunds than normal. Mine are always refunded in full when I have a problem.

Doordash always refund me, Uber are absolutely useless.
Was on my wife's account who had literally never requested a refund, oh well they lost a customer over $30…
