It does not not mean that!
They've tried giving me none alcoholic beer for free so many times checking out of bottle shops. I kindly decline and so does every other person I've ever seen get offered it
Because you're an alcoholic.
They may be worried about your health, so they tried giving you some none alcoholic beer for free.
free is free. good for a worknight
You all invited to my halal party.

"Non alcoholic beer or Crab Juice." "Blecch! Ew! Sheesh! I'll take a crab juice."
It's going to take about 1 litre of 40% alcohol to make this beer ~5%.
Can you do that?
The flavour might be different to what you expect. And based on the spirit you use. Ever had a juniper-scented beer?
Don't think so, unless it was on a random paddle at a brewery.
would that fermented sugar water they drink in scandanavia do the trick perhaps? kilju i think its called
… Who's going to stop you?
Non-alcoholic beer, if you want something that tastes like shit but without the fun
Thanks for your input.
I find this is one of the better 0% options. It actually resembles beer unlike many of the others.
Keen to try it but not available for click and collect near me

No stock near me.
I've not a zero-alcohol drinker, but finally this stuff is getting priced at the right level.
I just don't understand why anyone would want to pay full freight for the zero-alcohol stuff … especially when the majority of the price of lower end stuff is tax that simply doesn't apply to zero-alcohol products!
manufactures maybe finally waking up to the fact there is a market for it, but its not a 'premium' product anyone wants to 'pay more' for
here's the real reason
these companies like CUB etc. have their entire production around $35 a carton
they want to pocket the alcohol tax because they want to 'maintain the prestige' of their product
if you have a alcoholic VB that is $4 a can (for example) you want to have the non alcoholic VB as close as parity so the consumer does not think the non alcoholic beer isnt an 'interior product'
they do not want a thing where the non alcoholic VB is like… a dollar
I've no doubt that's the case. But why are people (presumably) paying the $4 a can for the zero-alcohol product?
no outside non-alcoholic beer?
But the game is up when Carlton Zero touches your lips and you realise you are holding a can of pure shite!
FYI - Heineken Zero and Corona Zero (must have lemon) are the pick of the naught grubs.
It was a smart(?) marketing strategy by the industry known as price anchoring. It's probably impossible to determine if it was the correct approach or not:
https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-06-21/why-are-non-alcoholic…
Hopefully the tightening of consumer spending will result in these prices coming down to something more reasonable. Paying $40+ for a case of soft drink is insanity.
$11.50 on my app and not available either
just spoke to customer service, not available for click and collect, delivery only.
Delivery for me is more than the beer - yikes!
Got an SMS saying it’s not available, and they will give me $10 off a future order
Does that mean 100% alcohol?
