    It's an old French role playing parody (le donjon de naheulbeuk). So the name is meant to be silly.

  Played this when it was on Game Pass and I thoroughly enjoyed the xcom style gameplay, but the story was meh and the translated humour cringy and often simply unfunny.

  Gameplay did carry me to the end though. Says something.

  I really enjoyed this game on gamepass, finished it as well which I wasn't expecting. Gameplay was fun and challenging at times and I ended up using guides to make sure I didn't miss anything throughout the story.

  Admittedly, will probably be much better if you're fluent and play it in french as I agree with what is said above: the (almost-constant) jokes are cringey when translated. I enjoyed it a lot more in french as it even has the same voice actors as the original audiobook had.
