[NSW, VIC, WA, ACT] Lowdown Non-Alcoholic Lager 4x 375ml $8.99 @ ALDI

140

Really tasty malt-forward non-alcoholic lager. Award winning and tastier than the Heaps Normal lager in my opinion. Great deal at Aldi starting Wed. While stocks last.

Only available in NSW, VIC, WA, ACT.

What's wrong with watery? I really like water.

Don't forget to alternate non-alcoholic lager drinks with dehydrated water, to avoid a hangover.

  • Aldi had a 0% a few weeks back that was about $30 a slab! Shame I haven't seen it since. Whilst I didn't rate it better than Heaps Normal there's a price for everything and at $30 I'd buy it every time.

    • I haven't seen it since.

      I wonder why?

        Heaps Normal

is that Gerry's drinks sector? @drprox

    • Aldi must be trialing these to find a new supplier. I recommend voting with your wallet if you find one you like. This one's a winner though from my experience.

    Thanks Op, I like beer.

  • Or 6 pack of Coopers from Coles for under $9..

    • Have you tried those? Big brands absolutely suck at the non-alcoholic beers.

      • Nope never. I just buy them for tradies who cant afford to lose their licence….again

Heaps Normal Lager is shite, but their XPA is delicious. Will be hard to beat that. As another alternative, try Better Beer 0%.

Have you tried Athletic Brewing IPA? I find it more convincing than heaps Norma xpa, which is pretty good

Agree on the heaps normal XPA, which is hard to beat (compares to a Stone and Wood). For a lager though you should try this one; it has a nice malty flavour that's lots better than the water mess that is the Heaps Normal lager.

Hiatus Brewing makes a delicious non-alc pale ale - incredibly fruity hops.

  • why bitters that are non-alc still get me intoxicated ?
