      Can confirm that it works, I've used a PM991a drive to upgrade a Surface Pro 8 and haven't had any issues.

    Wow… been looking at these and was going to get a 512GB on Ebay for my Surface Pro 7+.

    I originally saw the price and went meh, I'd rather pay a bit more and get it on Ebay from an AU seller.
    Then I saw that it was 1TB - very good price!

        The label refers to peak draw, and as the WD it's referring to pcie 4.0 connections so it's about the same when connected at pcie 3.0

      I doubt there are no name 2230 nvme ones out there. Some sellers purposely blanked out the brand to avoid some legal issues I guess. It is either WD,Samsung or Kioxia.
