The heading shows 30% but when you click through it is 35%. Well, it shows this for me for Schnitz and others.
I get 30% and 13 restaurants listed.
3 of those are 20% off, 1 is spend $50/save $10, the others do not offer any discount.
Then again it does say
Summer Savings with 30% off!

I don't get any banners on web or app as OP says.
