  Members should be aware of warranty issues with this store -

  GShopper Is Refusing Warranty Repair of Trouver Power 11 Handheld Vacuum Cleaner

  Rubbish store support, bought a Trouver Power 11 died within 6 months. no response from this company

  got one, doesn't work after 1 week's use. I contacted them but they offered only 50% refund, that's after uploading photos & videos as evidence. Btw they're based in China so communication is as slow as communicating with someone on mars. Does anyone know how I can get 100% refund?

  I think if you're going to post here as a rep you've got to try a bit harder than that.

  Edit - If that's not bad enough this was initially posted as Free Shipping as mentioned below by Alvian. Neg for dodgy misleading behaviour.
