I want custom printing hoodies in bulk for like 15 groups of people. Please help me out.

Clarification: are we talking about a group of 15 people with the same design (group of 15) or 15 groups of 2 or more people?

  "15 groups" literally can only mean at least 30 people in total. Could be a million in total if any of those 15 groups are big enough.
