460

The "white" coloured version is selling for $7.97. The other colours available are still $19.99.

The cheapest I found this model on e-bay for is $9.49 (with currently 13% off).

If your local store doesn't have stock, order it online and get it delivered to your closest store (they will call you when it has arrived).

Edit: Stock appears to be limited Australia wide.

Features:
- An ultra portable flash drive with a compact, sleek and colourful design.
- Includes password protection software to secure and protect important data from unauthorised access.
- Easy-to-use plug and play technology.
- 16GB storage capacity flash drive.
- System Requirements: Windows7, Vista and XP and Mac OS X 9 or higher.

In WA there's ~1 in Morely (possible none), ~1 in Midland (possible none) and ~1 in Albany (possibly none).

I don't like your chances on this one.

    • Just got 2 from Officeworks Parramatta. They got plenty left, the box I saw had atleast 10 pcs.
However they do not have it advertised in the usual USB cabinet, they have it locked in the cabinet at the front desk so if you want to buy it, you have to ask for it at the payment counter.
      Good luck.

  • this model on e-bay for is $9.49

You want to make a trip to the shop to save a buck and a half? Less travel cost.
You sir are a true Ozbargainer. Maybe you can haggle them down a bit more?

  • Officeworks isn't out of my way. A couple stores were showing with stock here in SA. Upon visiting other states, stock does seem to be limited. Damn!

just found this info on OfficeWorks website, if the claimed speed is correct then it is a good deal :)

  • I already went looking for this earlier in the week - its a price misprint - they have their 4gb's for this price.

the didnt have any white 16gb's anyways.

    i just checked instore

  • Have ordered one to be picked up at a local store here in Nunawading. Everything went through fine, so we'll see. But if all goes accordingly well, thanks OP.

  • Excellent deal! Shipping costs $6, so I chose to pick it up at my local OW store.

  • Got one myself. Thanks.

  • Thanks op ordered 3, theres no specs or reviews for this product whatsoever hope it really is 9 mb/s as stated above.

  • Didnt find much reviews on these flash drives either

But have 4gb version of this in black and ran a few tests with CDM and i get
    Read Speed (Mb/s): 21.65 - 21.76
    Write Speed (Mb/s): 5.3 - 6.1

  • Location in title?

    • Which location is that? It seems you can pick it up from any officeworks store so OP has put "in store" in the title, so wouldnt that suffice?

      • … in which store? I mean that the store name should be in the title.

…any store you want. OW can ship it for free to your nearest store.

        • Bensoin means I should have added "Officeworks" in the title.

When submitting I read that you don't tag the company, so I took it a step further and didn't add it to the title, which was already long enough. The link to Officeworks is pretty obvious anyway…

  • For Canberran's, the Belconnen OW has them in stock.. I had mine delivered to a closer store no extra charge

  • Great little USB for the price. Well worth the money.

  • That is cheap.

  • Just picked up 5. So easy. Thanks.

  • Just picked up my online order in store.

In comparison to the above 4gb tests, this 16gb tests:
    CDM tests 50MB file seq:
    Read 10.65
    Write 7.99

  • Picked mine up today too must say quite happy with speed n very happy only $7.99 getting about the 9 meg sec mark.

  • any OW store in vic? I can't even select to pick up in my local store, cause it stated "Your closest store: unable to find any stores near postcode 3000"

  • I got one at OW the Gabba in Brisbane, none left I think.
Thanks OP, actually needed one today so worked out perfectly.
