From the reviews of these scooters:

"My 8 yr old was extremely happy with this scooter, now he just wants to show me his tricks which are pretty average but i tell him that they are awesome. 5 stars"

    • +5

I often hear the same thing at work too

    • +1

For you, I think the Tahwalhi TRI1 Scooter is a winner

      • Well played

      • LOL

  • $45 shipping kills it unfortunately. Good deal if you have a store with stock.

Awesome find, OP! Christmas presents sorted. Thank you.

Are these tall enough for adults? Specifically the Tahwalhi ST7 or XTP7 - i am around 180cm. Just want to use it for commute.

    • yes, it also can hold me. i am 99.999999999999999kg

    • +2

No mate, I am about the same height(weight 85 kgs) and tried ST7(daughter's) and it hurts my back after scooting for more than 1km.. amazing for casual scooting though.. hopping on and off

  • +1

    Cheers save50 - Just ordered the XTP7!

  • +1

picked up 3 for the kids. 3 scooters for $115.

  • +2

Thanks OP, ordered an XTP7 for my soon to be 10 year old for his B'day. Click and collect available at plenty of stores near me in Brisbane.

  • +3

Thanks OP, will make the perfect donation for whichever NFP gets to put an xmas basket at work this year.

  • Thanks OP… got two

    • You mean regret later? 😜

      • +3

A true ozbargainer never regrets…. he puts it on marketplace !! :D

Anyone have any experience with these?
I'm looking for the lightest one for commute to train station.

Need one that folds up nicely also. Do these fold?

    • +1

these do not fold. you probably want to look into the original razor scooter.

these are stunt scooters. you can ride them casually, but more built for the skateparks.

  • +1

Grabbed 2 to put away from christmas, Thanks for sharing

  • i cant sort via age. I need for age 5. Any help pls

    • +1

Looks like the mini is the only one suitable for age 5. The others are all over age 6. If you scroll through the pics of any of the scooters there’s a comparison chart at the end which gives a breakdown.

      • Thx

      • I was thinking of getting this - but says 6+

But really like it ,https://www.rebelsport.com.au/p/madd-gear-carve-pro-swirls-trick-scooter-633617.html - Not sure if it will be good for a 5 yr old

    • +2

your 5 year old can use it, we aren't dibber dobbers. we are your homies. i promise you won't go to jail.

  • Whats the difference between Tahwalhi ST7 and XTP7 or Madd Gear Carve Liquified Trick Scooter? The features look almost the same, which is better for a 7 year old beginner. Help please

    • +2

My experience is just put them on it and they'll get used to it after a while. They learn pretty fast at that age so don't think you'll have a problem with whatever you buy from that list.

      • +2

        Tnx mate

    • +1

st7 is better for beginners, xtp7 is the pro model.

madd gear i didn't bother buying, i bought the other 2 though.

  • was hoping to grab freestyle model but all gone
noticed Super Cheap have some on clearance as well (who would of thought)

thanks OP, picked one up for the Kmart wishing tree :)

  • Are these assembled? or you need to put it together?

    • You need to put together

    • you just have to tighten 2-3 bolt with the included allen key. its just 2 pieces separated in the box.

      • These are much easier to assemble, when compared to assembling something like a mountain bike.

      • Can I return it cause I have to assemble it? how?

        • You can return it, but your postage costs are going to make it not worthwhile, maybe contact Rebel and ask if you can return it in store.

  • +2

PSA - ShopBack has 10% cash back on the Super $50 Gift Card (includes Rebel)

  • Old technology. Clearing these prior to the 2015 launch of the BTTF hoverboards.

  • +1

Thanks OP, grabbed one, C&C Cheltenham, Victoria

  • +1

Thanks OP!!! got 3 and the ramp as well.

  • These are not for adults. Has anyone tried the one from Kmart and is able to comment on the height? It looks adult-sized.

  • You know cost of living is bad when a great deal of items on clearance posted on ozbargain and there is still stock a whole day later.

  • +1

15k clicks and still was able to click and collect 2. Crazy.

  • Was waiting for payments to clear up and now the mini scooter is out of stock in whole of WA. :(

    • +1

Came here to post that, I bought the same. There was another bigger ramp for 50 at Virginia store but I figured the 30 and 10$ ones together a better buy

  • +1

Bought too many.. going to get madd street cred gifting one of these at one of my son's friend's birthday parties.

  • did any one received theirs, assembled?

  • market place is flooded with these scooters!
