The 20% off is calculated at checkout. So the bra you refer to will be $31.95, not $39.95. $5 delivery is flat rate registered post regardless of the no. of items purchased. Myer's free shipping is a limited time offer only, their normal delivery is $8.
Fair enough, just a tip though - why do it at checkout if no coupon required? You see the higher price first when looking at the product, not the best way to attract people to buy especially when comparing prices to different sites.
Our pricing is explained clearly in the right hand column and this shows up on every page. Unfortunately, the platform the site runs on does not have the facility for blanket discounting over all items. Each item price will need to be altered individually. If we change our pricing model later on, we would need to change the price on every item individually which is not practical on many levels, particularly time, as the back-end is very slow. Plus we want customers to know what they have saved by shopping with us and we can do this at checkout when they see their invoice.
We have elected not to use coupon codes as this generally denotes a time limit. We have no time limits on our pricing so it was unnecessary.
