  Currently going through refinance process with Ramune and the experience has been good. This is after a disappointing experience with a different broker that advertises on Ozbargain who went on “holidays” and strung me along since November last year. Ramune’s communication has been fine and she responds quickly to emails. Signing docs, ID verification etc has all been electronic so that’s been a plus too, instead of having to go in or do photocopies and mail. It’s the minimum of what I expect from a broker but well above the experiences I’ve had in the past.
