yep - i got same spec 7060 SFF for ~$230 delivered a few weeks ago - and it had NvME drive and a cheap video card.
monitor and keyboard not worth $150 + say a $20 delivery fee…

I'm not scared. My rationale was if one needs this exact setup today they can't buy from other deals because they no longer exist. However, those deals indicate that the price could have been better.

The same computer was sold for ~$240 delivered a few weeks ago, and the monitor was $95 delivered (new in box). This package is $45 more expensive, plus delivery.
