Reset your headphones.
Power off your headphones, then wait 30 seconds. Connect your headphones to a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait 5 seconds. Disconnect the USB cable from the headset, then wait 1 minute. Did it and it doesn’t work. It appears in Bluetooth list and even says connected but it is not connected. I tried everything.

However, I have the cheap Aiwa ones and the Bose Nc 35ii. Aiwa is ok and Bose were brilliant until the day, when my phone broke. I got a new one but it is impossible to install again. It won’t connect and all troubleshooting options won’t work even the manual reset on them. It’s a shame, because the condition is like new. Since this experience I hesitate to spend the money again to be disappointed.
