These are terms and conditions that apply in the event that you use the Afterpay promotional offer (“Afterpay Promo”) available for use in conjunction with services provided by [Afterpay Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 15 169 342 947)] (“Afterpay”) and are subject to the Afterpay Terms of Service.
The Afterpay Promo consists of a $10 promotional credit applied to an eligible customer’s Afterpay purchase of $50 or more.
The Afterpay Promo will run from May 3 2023 at 08:00AM AEST to May 31 2023 11:59PM AEST, at which time it will expire.
The Afterpay Promo will be automatically applied to the Afterpay online / in-store purchase of eligible customers.
The promotional credit will be applied to the total original purchase value as displayed by the retailer (including tax, shipping costs) to reduce the value of your four payments equally.
The promotional credit is a limited time offer available at participating retailers.
The promotional credit is single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
Afterpay reserves the right to modify or cancel the Afterpay Promo at any time. If you received the Afterpay Promo (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
The promotional offer will not be reflected in the retailer order confirmation, please refer to your Afterpay order confirmation.
The promotional credit is available by invitation only, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash or credit, and may not be resold.
The promotional credit cannot be applied to previously placed orders and cannot be applied to pre-order items or any cross border transactions.
Each Afterpay Promo(and promotional credit) is limited to one per order, per customer and account regardless if product(s) related to an offer are returned and/or refunded.
Each Afterpay Promo (and promotional credit) applies only to qualifying items.
If any of the products related to the Afterpay Promo are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount you paid for the product, subject to applicable refund policies.
Where the promotional credit is used for any subscription or other recurring payment product, it will only apply to the initial Afterpay purchase of the subscription or recurring payment product. The promotional credit will not apply to any subsequent recurring payment period or automatic renewal purchase with Afterpay.
If you violate any of these Afterpay Promo terms or Afterpay’s Terms of Service, the Afterpay Promo will be invalid.
