I tried ANZ STGEorge Credit Cards even Zip generated all failed .
Debit cards worked ?Citi backed cards are usually OK.
failed using my westpac mastercard. tried with my citibank mastercard and it worked.

Ordered 10 using Citi Card. waiting for the email.
no confirmation email yet…. waiting
Possibility to pay utility bills online like?
Yes, mostly gas bill, electrcity, phone bill etc.
That was reasonably seemless. I'm glad I didn't try in the first couple of minutes, it seems there were a few failed transactions a the gateway was overloaded.
Edit: Tax invoice email received about 5 minutes later.
Tried two different Mastercards, both failed.
Worked with Coles Mastercard, received the confirmation email after 8 minutes.
Tried 1 Mastercard and 2 Visa, all failed..
Used my BOQ (a Visa) and went through fine.
My BOQ goes through to OTP verification but still fails. But I did get charged as pending, although website shows transaction failed. Assuming customer support will assist.
I didn't get an OTP, but then again I was only buying 1 $250.
Cus support checked my card and confirmed that the payment went through but the corresponding order got declined. Said they'll organize a refund, unfortunately no luck with the purchase :-(
CBA credit card not working
I used CBA credit card
Used Amex and worked
Said transaction failed contact customer service on other cards , so now tried with different card virgin and it worked !
Used Nab and it went through, awaiting email confirmation
edit - and got the email confirmation after about 6 mins.Yes Nab worked, Westpac failed.
My first Westpac card worked. Second one did not.
Are these likely to sell out today? Partner has our best credit card at the moment but she isn't available to send me the verification code. Worth holding out until I get it or chuck it on a different card?
Buy half now and half later. I think they'll sell out today.
Maximum order value $2,500. One order per customer.
We thought the same about 15% off Apple GCs, and their digital stock lasted until promo end date.
Noone here can give you the answer as who knows what their limit is but a huge volume would be selling right now
surprised it hasn't already sold out
Can you log into bank app and see it?
Am wanting to use with jbhifi B1G1F blu rays, reckon gift card will arrive before 12am when sale ends
Receive within 4 hours
Funds available within 24 hours though
<shrug>
Word has got to be Ipads safari is one of the ways to go .
That's what I did, paid using CBA cc, OTP code to my mobile, all smooth apart from waiting a full 10 seconds for the payment to show as successful.
I got HACKED with physical cards - they are so easy to hack!
Most of the card digits are the same (except the last 6 or so), but the expiry dates were identical on all of them….
I notice that many vendors (ie: my electricity supplier) will tell me if a card is "valid" or not if I attempt a payment - with the expiry dates all the same, anyone can just keep putting in numbers until it shows up "valid". Online shops only need card number and expiry.
I got hacked by a gaming site in Malta - when I disputed the transaction they said - "the cards are like cash - we only refund if the dispute is successful".
They asked me to contact the vendor in Malta also.
On top of this there is only a 60day window to make a dispute - if you store cards longer than 60days, and you're hacked in the meantime - they won't open a dispute.
BEWARE - there are risks with these cards….This is why with these cards, use them immediately after purchase. This has been mentioned numerous times here on OzB.
60 days..didnt know this. Sounds like an AFCA breach..or Chargeback after
The 60 days window is untrue.
I have a 6 month old card got hacked and received a replacement card in mail.@TanedaR - although your card was 6 month old, how many days had elapsed between the date the hack "fraud transaction" occurred to when it was reported? I believe those timeframes for disputes are stipulated by MasterCard & VISA themselves. Banks can potentially shorten them.
I just read the Physical Coles gift card cover to cover, and found NO MENTION of the 60 day window.
Then on the t&cs inside, section 14.
Mastercard scheme rules impose time limits for our ability to dispute a transaction on your behalf.
"We may not be responsible for any loss to you where it can be shown that you have unreasonably delayed notifying us".
Then goes on to reference your rights with AFCA.
Might want to check the digital card T&Cs though, as unlike the instore cards, you can actually read these T&Cs before buying, and need to tick the box that you have.
- I just tried to read the terms and conditions for this card, but you can't actually read the card specific t&cs until you have the actual card number. So i cant see how they would be able to refute any claim.
** might want to take a screenshot that shows the t&cs link doesnt link to a Coles branded card (only Target).
@tunzafun001: well lets not kid ourselves, these promotions occur regularly. We only need to buy what we reasonably expect to spend. If you wanna stock up for 3-6 or even 12 months, its not a good idea. You're likely to lose your cards or get hacked.
@nsingh21: He had got card(s) hacked already.
@Neoika: ik, but the sale is back on and thought to just say in case someone decide to go down the same route again
@Neoika: I did indeed. They obviously don't care about them being hacked as they have no factor 2 with the digital cards, and the physical cards only have a 3 number security. Even 3 letters would be much better.
Basically, tough gig blaiming the card buyer. Their risk they are taking.
But does make you wonder why they have a very high risk exposure, and do so at a loss. Data harvesting?

Rubbish site, all cards not working

One order per customer.
All cards failing this is ridiculous woke up just for this
Have a cup of tea, come back and try again - took a while for mine to work, and the card that did work in the end failed a few times before finally going through. Must be their payment system getting overloaded or something.
You mean a card that kept on failing worked later?
yeah my nab CC failed twice 3rd time worked, had to grab a text from nab and went thru
@fishball: One of mine did grab texts everytime but kept on failing so not sure if this gives me hope
Yeah that's what I meant. I kept getting a transaction failed message after the SMS NAB verification, but after a while the same card worked.
@ygtro: No luck for me still keeps failing with all 3 cards I'm trying to use
ozbargaining
And Iphone Stgeorge CC got through for max :)
Finally got to work with 28 degrees. Westpac, Amex, Coles and ING all failed
Is it possible to merge the balance into one card to buy something that is more than $250?
Unfortunately not.

see if you can use one to buy another…. :)
On top of pages randomly not loading in Firefox, them randomly blocking VPN endpoints with no error message (and failing, because you can just switch to another server), I get the "Transaction failed, please contact customer service." error that everyone else here is getting.
Can't say it's a particularly well designed ordering system.
