Crap when comes to warranty. Wanted to make me wait 6-8 weeks for a replacement PSU that was deemed faulty.

Yes, it'll be fine. Your motherboard is pretty old though, and I don't know what the rest of your computer specs are, so you may end up bottlenecking performance with your other components, but if your only concern is compatibility, you don't have to worry. The GPU should work just fine.
