      Not sure these are a direct substitution - the Durr wipes list alcohols and quaternary ammonium compounds as the active ingredients, while the active ingredient in the Dettol is benzalkonium chloride…

      Sorry these are highly specialized wipes for dental surgeries, I thought some people would be interested, but they are not home-grade products, so not everybody would be interested. :)
