meh… not really a great deal to be honest.
    Hoselink is better imo.

    http://www.hoselink.com.au/buy/metal-front-trigger-8-functio…
    $9.90 metal trigger gun

    http://www.hoselink.com.au/buy/hose-connector/2420
    $5.90 hose connector

    plus $10 postage = $25

And you're buying from an australian company.

I know it sounds like I'm selling this stuff, but as a happy customer Im happy to gives them a free plug.

I don't know why companies continue to produce spray guns with trigger/handle type valves. They produce cramp very quickly in the fingers (trigger) or hands (handle). Ball valves have been around for ages now and I wouldn't buy anything else. You can turn them on and off with one finger, and aren't forced to hold them in position to run them, thus avoiding hand cramp and fatigue. You'll get a Gardena type for around $11 from Bunnings, or a knockoff for $5 - like this. You'll never look back, I promise. http://www.rona.ca/images/94295069_L.jpg

Sorry OP, but these things aren't worth it any more.

    • The idea of a trigger handle is for water restrictions, so when you release your hold of the trigger, water stops. The idea you suggested might be a better idea, but it's no good during restrictions.

    • TonyP, this Hozelock model does have a trigger lock - both at 40% on and 100% on - so you won't get hand cramps. We did mention this in the original post.

  • Got a cheap one from bunnings for like $3. It does the job.
