They clean teeth really well.
I bought one from Costco a few months ago, same price but it came with the Nano "Travel" one which is a little different. Like most flossing related activities I don't use it enough, but it does seem to pick up a few things you miss with brushing. I don't think it's a complete replacement for flossing but it's an easy point and shoot way of doing it.
I've only used the Ultra, the travel one is still in the box.

I found a piece of nacho from last weekend.
I find it works well. We only ever used the main unit, the second portable unit which may have been the same as here it a variant, I think we gave away to a relative as we didn’t see the need for owning two. It was still cheaper to buy a combo like this at Costco than a single unit elsewhere.
