    I have a surface book 2 15" and upgraded to Windows 11 without problem when it prompted me to upgrade. I doubt the 13" would be any different.

        Checking MS website it does say:
        Surface Book 2 comes with Windows 10 Pro edition. For Surface Book 2 models that have the 8th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-8350U or i7-8650U processor only, you can upgrade your Surface Book 2 from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

  This SB2 is essentially the same gen and spec as the $199 SP5 we all went bananas over last week. Different form factor obvs, and no doubt more scarce in supply, but beware that this is certainly a very idiosyncratic device so make sure it is right for you.
