Nah, this is a pretty standard size when it comes to G-Shock dimensions actually.
The GX56BB-1D makes this Seiko look reasonable.

Arnie is the unofficial name given to these series of watch models due to Arnold Schwarzenegger wearing it in the movie Predator.
Arnie wore a variation of this watch in Predator and also Commando. So this model has been nicknamed the "Arnie". Here is some light reading for the uneducated

I really liked mine Arnie, until crown came undone and unit got flooded. I would not recommend this watch

Exactly, they don't come undone by themselves.
The crown on the tuna is pretty secure/tight and should always check it is screwed in enough before you hit the water.
I wouldnt be so sure about that trooper. I did check the screw before hitting the water. Crown came undone during a rather extreme and intensive marine activity, I was wearing gloves too, which probs rubbed on the crown. Also first arnie i receieved, had a warranty issue with the screw crown. threads are pretty poorly made i noted, probs because it is china made version
@HungryRussian: Beg your pardon pal - wasn't sure if you were a noob or not.
I suppose it can always happen. Can't help if it rubs against something as there is no crown guard like proper dive watches. I don't have an Arnie but based it on the normal Tunas - mine seems tight and couldn't imagine bumping it loose. You shouldn't have to overtight any crown either, as it can squash the o-ring on some watches.
Guess hit up for warranty if it's faulty.
