Been trying to buy a Boost sim for a week with no luck. Tried different mobiles, computer, wifi and mobile data, different cards. Always get the error ‘oops something went wrong’. I called Boost support and they say there’s no block so wondering what’s going on. I’m not even on Boost right now but have used in the past.
Use mobile internet to order it. Your Home IP may be assessed unsafe by Boost.

It means Cashrewards failed to track your order. It is quite common if you use web browser to order. You will need to send a claim to Cashrewards about it.
You had better use the Cashrewards mobile app to put in orders. The tracking always works in this way in my experience.
How unfortunate.. i can't seem to be able to submit a claim manually for the cashback until at least 7 days from now? Does that mean I'm going to miss this deal..?
You won't miss out. Cashrewards will look at your clicks and manually submit your claim rather than it all being done automatically at the time.
Still get the occasional blip via the app not tracking automatically. Seems to happen with iOS devices from time to time apparently.
